Cancellation & Refund Policy 
CANCELLATION & REFUND Students seeking withdrawal must notify the University of his/her desire to withdraw. An online withdrawal request from the student portal is preferred, although a request can be in any form, written or verbal. Refunds, if applicable and requested, will be made by the Bursar's office as outlined below within 30 days. The withdrawal becomes official when the student receives final written notification from the University.
Any student who cancels enrollment in a course within five days of acceptance of the enrollment agreement or payment for the course is entitled a full refund less a one-time “registration fee” of $75. Students who cancel or withdraw after the five days are entitled to a refund based on their progress in the course, as follows:
Before 10% completion of course: 90% Refund minus $75 registration fee Between 10%-25% completion of course: 75% Refund minus $75 registration fee Between 25%-50% completion of course: 50% Refund minus $75 registration fee After 50% completion of the course: No Refund
